Detailed Cleaning Services (End of lease, presentation, renovation, deep and spring cleaning services)
• An invoice will be sent after the initial service is carried out. We expect payment to be done at your earliest convenience. If there is a complaint to attend, Relax! We Clean will move up the service to the highest priority, however, will need the invoice to be paid.
• In case of any complaint, we will only attend to one complaint per service (with an unlimited number of issues). I.e., if you had a bond cleaning service done, we would suggest that you let the Real Estate Agency present their formal Exit Condition Report.
Carpets (if applicable):
• Please note that the carpets will take a minimum of 3 hours to dry. Weather conditions may affect your carpets drying time.
• Customers should not walk on carpets for the first 3 hours following the appointment.
• Our service offers a guarantee for your appointment for up to 5 days for carpet cleaning.
• All complaints should be lodged, in writing to avoid any miscommunication, within 24 hours of the job´s completion to [email protected]
• Relax! We Clean cannot be responsible for any pre-existing condition that is not apparent upon visual inspection of the Premises.
• Stains derived from bleaching agents, acids, pet urine, and permanent dyes may be permanent and cannot be removed with any treatment. Relax! We Clean does not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains.
• When carpets are made of wool, we can´t do a stain treatment because this material is very sensible and could be damaged easily.
• In the instance of a redo, only 2 attempts will be made to access the property to complete the job.
• Only areas specified in the complaint will be redone.
• The amount quoted by Relax! We Clean differs by circumstance. The price of individual services will differ from services booked collectively.
Upholstery/Mattresses (if applicable):
• Relax! We Clean perform a standard steam cleaning service as required from Real Estate Agencies, which intends to sterilise, revitalise and remove bad smells from mattresses and upholstery. However, considering the nature and complexity of some furniturematerials, this service removes averagely 85% of stains.
