HELPING TO KEEP OUR COMMUNITIES SAFE!
To our valued Relax! We Clean customers, we wanted to update you on the actions and measures we have implemented across our business, in light of the current situation with COVID-19 and following guidelines set out by the Federal Government and the Australian Department of Health. Our customers’ and our teams’ health and safety is our number one priority.
What are we doing for our customers?
Relax! We Clean cares about the wellbeing of our people and community, including the safety and wellbeing of our clients, employees and contractors.
Following the reported outbreaks of COVID-19, we have implemented a coordinated response to the COVID-19 to manage the impact of the Coronavirus outbreak and take every precaution to protect our employees, contractors, clients and members of the public.
1. We are enacting all measures as recommended by the Australian Government’s in response to the emerging COVID-2019 coronavirus outbreak, including travel restrictions and quarantine periods all our stakeholders.
2. If any Relax! We Clean personnel contract the virus, Relax! We Clean will immediately inform all clients whose sites those cleaners have attended. Relax! We Clean will then provide a sanitisation service at the client premises to prevent the possibility of further infection.
3. Similarly, if there is an infection among any of our clients, we request that Relax! We Clean is informed immediately so we can implement the necessary mitigating actions depending on the situation.
4. Relax! We Clean also expects that our business partners are actively enacting measures to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and keep our employees, contractors, clients, members of the public and any others they interact with safe.

- Trading as usual – We are continuing to trade as normal offering our 7-day customer support and will continue to do so until advised. Cleaning services & bookings
- Availability – We have available team in all three major cities (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane) and are trading as usual.
Minimal contact services
- Greeting and distance – We will be waving and saying ‘hello’ from a distance. For safety, our intention is to minimise close contact with you and your family.
- Personal Protective Equipment – Now, more than ever, we have reinforced the important of using gloves and face masks at all times within our teams. Disinfected cleaning cloths is a must for every property.
- Minimising time spent in your home with you – We will work in areas where you are not present. We will, in fact, kindly ask you to book a time when you will be out of the home or to socially distance yourself in another room of the house during your service.
- Hygiene Practices – we are committed to training and supporting our teams in the best hygiene practices.
