We’re typically booked for the final clean before handover on a new build, a renovation cleaning job once a reno wraps up, or a scheduled clean between the rough and final stages of a larger development. Pricing follows the same principle as our other scope-based work: our reference rate is $60 + GST per cleaner per hour, and the final amount is agreed as a fixed price once we understand the scope, stage and size of the job.
